Fakalofa Lahi Atu, ko au koe tama Niue. Koe higoa haaku ko Monuina Lakua

Hi, I come from Niue and my name is Monuina Lakua

I found a blessing behind a closed door and changed the way I viewed a 40 hour work week. I chose to concentrate on everything that bought me pure joy. My calling was to document peoples journeys.

Using my skills gained over a decade of sales and marketing as well as my Communications major as a public relations graduate, I knew i had the grit and drive to make it happen.

When I’m not working on my business I am proud to have a second job as a garden mentor for the Smiths Ave Community teaching garden in Papakura (make sure you come by to say hi) I also am passionate about pottery and am very lucky to be part of The Manurewa Pottery Club.

People follow people.

How many of your customers actually know what it took for you to get you to where you are today?

It’s not enough to show the end shiny completed project, involving our customers through your journey creates community in a meaningful sustainable way that’s not just transactional it’s relational

That’s why I’m on a mission to tell the human stories behind your business
